Qıy Vaar reports that on November 4, a person was brutally murdered in Baku near “Efkar Meyhane,” reportedly by their uncle because they were gay.
Sources state that the victim, named Ruzgar, was stabbed multiple times. Witnesses reported that no one from the crowd intervened, and police only arrived after the perpetrator himself made the call. It is also claimed that doctors failed to provide the necessary medical attention to the victim.
Onlar Əylənir, citing Qıy Vaar’s report, calls on state institutions to immediately release an official statement regarding the case and urges the public to show support and solidarity.
